Delivery and Shipping

We offer various shipping options within Germany. In addition, we also deliver to Austria, Switzerland, and all other EU countries.

 

Shipping (within Germany)

We offer several shipping methods with DHL & DPD. Available options are shown directly in your cart. Depending on your preferred delivery speed:

Standard Shipping DHL: €5.95 | DPD: €4.95
Delivery time: 1–3 business days

Express Shipping with DHL (order must be placed by 2:00 PM)

Express by 6 PM (Tue–Fri): €19.95
Express by 12 PM (Tue–Fri): €25.95
Express by 6 PM (Sat): €29.95

 

Shipping (to Switzerland)

DHL: €13.95 net (for orders under €49)
€8.95 net (for orders over €49)
Delivery time: 2–5 business days

 

Shipping (to Austria)

DHL: €9.95 | DPD: €7.90
Delivery time: 2–5 business days

 

Shipping (within Europe)

DHL: €9.95
Delivery time: 2–5 business days

We deliver to any address within the specified delivery areas.

If you do not want the package sent to your billing address—e.g., to your workplace, friends, or neighbors—just enter the alternative delivery address during checkout. Click on "The delivery address is different from the billing address" and enter the desired address.

Note: All orders are packaged discreetly and neutrally—so the contents remain a secret from outsiders.

Do you have a customer account? You can store multiple shipping addresses and select flexibly during checkout.

 

Delivery to a DHL Packstation or Post Office

If you choose DHL as your shipping provider, you can have your package delivered to a Packstation or post office.

How it works:
Select “The delivery address is different from the billing address” during checkout.
Then select “Packstation / Post Office.”
Enter your DHL customer number and the number of the desired Packstation or post office.

If you don’t know the Packstation number, use the “Search Packstation / Post Office” function with your postal code to find the nearest location and automatically add the data to your order.

 

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse and is handed over to your chosen shipping provider, you will receive an email with your tracking number. With this number, you can track your order status online at any time. Please note that the tracking number becomes active only after it’s scanned and updated by the shipping provider. If it doesn’t work right away, try again later.

 

What if You're Not Home?

DHL makes only one delivery attempt. If you’re not home, your package may be delivered to a neighbor or held at the nearest post office. You then have 7 business days to collect it. After that, the shipment is returned to our warehouse.

 

Lost Shipments

If your package hasn't arrived within 5 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service.
